Each chef will prepare a dish using local produce and foods found on the Mobile Market bus under a time limit. Guests will enjoy refreshments from Brewmasters' Mobile and sample delicious creations from the competing Chefs.

The Mobile Market provide access to fresh produce and local food to areas that are considered food deserts while placing a strong focus on health and nutrition education, economic development, and empowerment of communities across North Carolina.
